He actually had the guts to roll his eyes at me . A first time patient . If I could give negative stars. Would . Stay far far away from him . Curt, mean spirited attitude. I actually left there numbed up because he was so bad . Never ever have done that on my entire life . Please take my advice STAY AWAY

I came to this facility after weeks of having below the ear pain & swelling of left side of my face…this visit was after already going to: Urgent Care ENT Specialist ER visit Primary Doc. Dental office Was told maybe it was TMJ at dentist office after being there & waiting to be seeing for 4hrs. I was told could be: My glasses Grinding Poor posture A med. I take daily causing me to grind…no real diagnosis $125.00 out of pocket & $450.00 for a nite guard…Next day I come to see Dr. Checchio & in 5 mins. he found the cause of my pain for 5 weeks…I have an infection & Parotid…he prescribed me meds. & very next day I was already feeling much better. Needless to say his findings, education, expertise & personal attention is priceless considering all the above places I first went to & was told “I don’t know why you are having pain & your face is swollen” By the way I don’t grind & don’t need a nite guard.

Barbara, the receptionist, has excellent follow through and will do her best to coordinate care with previous offices to get your records. You may come in looking for a cleaning, but you will leave with buckets worth of education. This includes holding a mirror while Dr Checchio walks you through his dental assessment. It includes private tutorial on what is seen on your xray. It ends with a cleaning performed by the dentist himself! This class (I mean dental appointment) is so thourough that you will not only have any current issues addressed, but you will also get education on how to preserve dental health as you age. In other words, it does not feel like they are out to make a quick buck like many other cosmetic dental practices.) The office is called Comprehensive Dental for a reason. Come to Bensalem office on a Wednesday to meet Dr Checchios pleasant assistant Krissy for all your dental needs including in house one hour crown replacements.
